The world population is set to hit 9 Billion by the year 2050. That is a lot of people, all of whom will have different backgrounds, life stories, dreams, goals, and perspectives.

What kind of character traits and attributes in people does the world need more of? Do we need more scientists, teachers, lawyers, leaders, farmers, how about more inventors? What will make our world a better place? What can you do to develop those skills and attributes in yourself?
